המשימה שלנו בחיים היא ללמד מוסיקה ואמנות בשיטה מתקדמת וייחודית ועם מורים מעוררי השראה ומוטיבציה במסגרת חברתית תומכת וחוויתית. נתינת יסוד מקצועי, אתגר ומשמעת שתאפשר לכל תלמיד לחקור את האמנות שלו ולהופיע כרוקסטאר, לתת לתלמיד כלים להיות מנהיג תרבותי בתוך הקהילה שלו וליצור קהילה מגוונת שמדברת ומתקשרת בשפת המוסיקה והאמנות, הנותנת מקום לפעולה ומקדמת יצירה אישית.
איסר מלמד בשיטה ייחודית המסתמכת על מוסיקה קלאסית, אשר תומכת בכל העולמות המוסיקליים:רוק, ג’ז, לטיני.
